Our 100 m² flat has a spacious living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony with a spectacular view of Bolzano.
Larger families or couples of friends will find plenty of space to live and feel at home here.
Your stay includes the RittenCard, with which you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge, including the Ritten cable car and the Ritten railway (stop 100 metres away).

Worth knowing
- Prices: vary depending on the season. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email and we will send you a quote shortly. IPA members receive a 20 % discount on the prices.
- Arrival and departure: The flat can be occupied from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. On your day of departure we ask you to vacate the flat by 10.00 am. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving after 18.00.
- Pets are allowed. Please let us know in advance.
- Top location: The holiday flat is a 2-minute walk from the Renon narrow-gauge railway, a 10-minute walk from the cable car to Bolzano, a 15-minute walk from Lake Wolfsgrubner and a 5-minute walk from the Freud promenade.
The Ritten earth pyramids are also within walking distance of the holiday flat.
